BEWARE OF SITE

I'm not a huge fan of the site yottabid.com, i definitely think that they have some fishy stuff going on over there with either bots or shill bidders. Also the customer service is pretty awful in my opinion. Every time i've had a problem they haven't treated me the best, at least not like they should be treating a customer using their site. Also recently they banned my account and its been a couple weeks and they still haven't been able to give me a reason why..

I've really enjoyed using the site swipeitup.com but i and many others have been having plenty of issues with the site. Mainly the fact that many users haven't received all of their won items. I've received a lot of the items that i've won, but still haven't received over $1700 worth of items won off the site. I've also always kind of had my suspicions of them possibly having bots or shill bidders on some of the items but have never been able to tell for sure. I love the site, i just wish they would send everyone the items they owe them..

I don't use bidtrotter very often, but i do know that they don't use bots and are an honest site. I have seen some really great deals on their site, but there are a few things that i don't enjoy about their site. I don't like their bid buddy system, their going going gone instead of the normal countdown, and the fact that the auctions only run in the afternoon. Besides that i think the site is great and i definitely think that anyone can grab some great deals there!

When the site was first starting I had great luck with the site and won many items, but as time has gone on i've started having my doubts about the site. Ever since the honda was auctioned off things have been different and suddenly much much harder to win the pricier items. I also don't like the new bid buddy system that was implemented at all.

So this is my very first blog entry, Its not the fanciest blog in the world, but i've decided to create this blog as a temporary site until my penny auction review site is up and running. I figured this would be easier to organize than my Digg was. Everything on the Digg is just kinda jumbled and hard to get information on a specific site someone might be looking for. I'm going to start reviewing each site and rate them based on pricing, amount of users, bots, shipping prices, site setup, and of course chances of winning! Remember all of my posts are just my opinion and everyone else's input is always welcome! I just want to have a place where someone who is just getting into penny auctions can go to find out what sites out there are just total scams and what sites you can actually get a great deal on! I know i've lost plenty of money in the beginning by using sites that were full of bots and that i never actually even had the slightest chance of winning. I'll be trying to start my reviews tomorrow afternoon, so please spread the word and add me to your bookmarks!
